Can I return my video or course if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, because all LeeTaft.com products are online, there are no refunds.


Where do I log in to see my course or video?

To view your course or video, log in to your MY ACCOUNT


How long do I have access to the video or course I purchased?

Once you purchase a product on LeeTaft.com, you have lifetime access to your video or course.


What do you do to ensure my privacy?

To conduct an online transaction, you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to contact you.

Lee Taft Athletic Consulting does not re-use, sell, or otherwise distribute any information relating to our customers, including e-mail addresses, names, phone numbers, or physical address information. Our site is 100% secure, and you can rest assured that we guard your privacy in every way possible.


Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, please email your orders to info@leetaft.com. Your organization will have a net of 30 days to pay your invoice.


Can I earn CEUs with Lee’s videos?

Lee’s products are intended to deepen your knowledge of multi-directional speed, but we do not offer credits for any professional institutions. We suggest you contact the organization and ask if they would accept the CEUs.


How do I ask Lee direct questions?

Lee is not always available to answer direct questions; however, you are welcome to contact Team Taft at inof@leetaft.com. If they cannot answer, they will reach out to Lee for the answers.
