How do you ship products?

Lee Taft Athletic Consulting uses UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipping within the United States and Internationally. Before finalizing your purchase, you will be given several shipping options. The shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and where you live. In other words, the heavier your package is and the further away you are from our location, the more shipping charge will be. This method of calculation ensures that you only pay for what you are getting.

Lee Taft Athletic Consulting carries most items in stock and we generally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. For back ordered items not in stock, orders are processed within 7 to 14 days, depending on how quickly we can get the items from the distributors. We do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, simply send it back in a new, unused condition with in 14 days and we will refund your payment. Please keep your receipt and call us at 877.533.8238 or e-mail us at info@leetaft.com if you experience any problems. Lee Taft Athletic Consulting does not issue credit refund for shipping charges.

An exception to this is software and digital products. Digital products, downloadable videos and DVDs are non-returnable and nonrefundable.

What is your return and refund policy for defective films?

If you receive a defective film you have 30 days to return it to us. If you return a defective DVD, you can return it to be replaced with the same title only; we cannot exchange a defective DVD for a different DVD title or a refund. If you wish to exchange the film, please send an email to info@leetaft.com or call 877.533.8238 to notify us of the defect. We will send a replacement DVD and a self addressed stamped envelope for you to return the defective film to us. Please include a note with the returned film stating the nature of the defect.

The DVD I received appears to be defective. What do I do?

Although all DVDs are checked before they are sent to you, DVDs are occasionally damaged in transit. If you receive a DVD that skips, try wiping the disc from its center to outer edge (never in a circular motion) with a clean, lint-free cloth. Dust particles are also a common cause for most playback problems. If cleaning doesn’t solve your problem, email us at info@leetaft.com. If customer service cannot solve your problem, we will replace a defective product with a new one, if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the defective DVD (please note: defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for a different item).

What do you do to ensure my privacy?

To conduct an online transaction you must provide contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

Lee Taft Athletic Consulting does not re-use, sell, or otherwise distribute any information relating to our customers, including e-mail addresses, names, phone numbers, or physical address information. Our site is 100% secure, and you can rest assured that we guard your privacy in every way possible.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, please email your orders to info@leetaft.com. Your organization will have a net 30 days in which to pay your invoice.

Do you guarantee delivery of international orders?

No, once an international package leaves the United States, we are unable to track it. Many times packages are held up in customers, which makes it even harder to track.

I don’t live in the US will your DVDs play in my country?

Yes! Lee Taft Athletic Consuliting ships all over the world and our DVD programs do not use regional coding. Therefore, the DVDs will play anywhere in the world with no issues.

I would like to ship an item to someone else; can I have it shipped to them?

Yes! When you place your order, simply enter the name and ship-to address where you want your order to be sent. Remember, when you place your order check the appropriate “domestic” (USA) or “international” shipping method the destination location.
