Create Multi-Directional Athletes Through Body and Spatial Awareness
Description: In this workshop attendees will learn how specific multidirectional movement skills are developed through general foundational and fundamental skills first. Being able to properly move the body’s limbs to coordinate movements, how to position the postures properly to accelerate and decelerate, and how to quickly orient the body in any space will greatly increase athleticism and sport-specific demands when needed.
